Forging

Our innovative designs, specialized forging techniques and versatile equipment enable Ameriforge to meet our customer’s exacting requirements with efficiency and favorable economics. Coffer, Maass, Texas Metal Works, Forged Vessel Connections (FVC), all offer exceptional forged products under the Ameriforge flagship.

  • Broad range of inventoried raw materials, including specialty alloys
  • Open and closed die forging – standard, specialized and custom 
  • Mechanical, hydraulic and hammer presses – from 500 to 6,900 ton
  • Seamless rolled rings – up to 26 ft. OD and/or 15 tons (can be contoured)
  • High pressure piping product – up to 2,500 ANSI pressure class
  • Heavy wall connectors

Machining

From rough machined to finished products, Ameriforge has the machine tools to produce and support industry standard products as well as some of the most complex components. Our machining services are backed by ASME, AS9100 and ISO 9001 certifications, along with other industry standards as required. Our state-of-the-art machinery enables us to produce incredibly tight tolerances—down to .0001.

Heat Treat

We offer advanced in-house heat-treating capabilities to help ensure the highest possible quality standards throughout the thermal process. Key facilities offer accreditation for NADCAP steel and aluminum heat treat.

Testing and Inspection

From general and advanced FAT testing, to in-depth chemical analysis, Ameriforge offers in-house testing and onsite inspection to ensure quality and reliability for our customers. Our testing services are backed by ASME and ISO 9001 certifications, along with other industry standards as required. 

  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), which can include dimensional, pressure, interface/fitment
