Assembly

Allpoints performs final assembly work on all types of riser systems, either straight from the OEM or after completing repairs on an existing system. Services range from preparing hard-surface coatings to assembling the auxiliary lines with the main tube. We also install new flotation modules on riser structures.

As each type of riser design is different, we tailor our riser assembly and production support services to each client’s needs. But every job starts with the same first step – non-destructive inspections to ensure component integrity.

Facility size and layout promote maximum production and efficiency. We can put multiple parts into different stages of assembly, which results in an industry-leading rate of completed assemblies.
