Allpoints is owned by Dorado Energy Partners, a private equity fund in which all the investors are either current or retired senior-level executives in the oil and gas service industry. The input of these highly experienced partners plays a significant role in the direction of the company.

As the global fleet of deepwater drilling rigs continues to grow, Allpoints’ focus is on expanding and developing its capabilities to provide customers with complete and reliable riser services on a global scale.

Dorado Energy Partners also owns Century Corrosion Technologies Inc., a full-service corrosion control company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Century Corrosion is dedicated to providing customers with the most practical and economically sound solutions to corrosion problems facing equipment, ranging from small vessels and onsite plants to offshore drilling and production facilities.

Dorado Energy Partners will be looking to build its portfolio in areas that complement Allpoints and Century Corrosion.
